Union Romani Voice (URV) is a Roma-led charity based in Ipswich, Suffolk, and the first of its kind in the East of England. Founded by Roma professionals, URV promotes equality, protects human and social rights, and empowers Roma and Romanian communities to challenge discrimination and thrive as part of UK society. The organisation works within a strategic framework to influence decision-makers, contributing to fairer public policies and ensuring meaningful representation of the communities it serves.
