Post pandemic, the cost-of-living crisis has affected the Roma community as they were already struggling financially. We have supported the Roma community through a variety of ways:

1. Suffolk Country Council: Suffolk Local Welfare Assistance Scheme 
2. Welfare related benefits: Supporting applications to DWP Universal Credit, Child Benefit, Pension Credit, and State Pension. 
3. Debt Rundles we supported beneficiaries to get in touch with Rundles to make a payment plan arrangement and to complete Financial Statement Forms. Also, have helped people with other debt issues such as gas and electricity by improving the communication between the customer and utility companies and establishing plans to pay and clean debt balances.
